Wear less black
It’s an easy colour to pair with and the though of your favourite black jeans is comforting, but 2017 is a time for stepping out of your comfort zone, and trying new colours. Maybe not crazy teacher jumpers with bright patches on. But defiantly khakis, mustards, creams and blues are all do able ! The tricky part of brightening up your wardrobe & why so many of us dread it, is that those hard manufactured colours make out faces seem blotchy or ghost grey, do we end up coating on the bronzer. So lets minus our black accessory to one item for each outfit…Thats not too bad.
No More Trainers
I know this one is a killer, and that 2016 brought a wave of lux-sport onto the fashion streets…But girlies we can’t live in trainers, they can be our comfort shopping shoes but not our quick easy every day shoes. 2017 is the time where we should start spoiling our looks with those gorgeous melt in the mouth pumps, those studded biker boots and defiantly investing in some new glamorous heels. Because what are girls renowned for Loving shoes…Not trainer. So release your inner shoe diva this 2017.
Drop the Tomboy style
No more hiding behind baggy jumpers and your old joggers. 2017 is the time for a new you, so go join a gym work on that inner Victorias Secret babe & treat yourself to some new skinny jeans, or little skirt. We can all play the cool glamour girl on the street, we just need to edge up our style and drop the Tomboy faze. Although you can always pull off a baggy jumper as long as you got some edgy trousers on radiating that effortless glamour look, that 2017 got us going crazy for.
I will stop buying evening outfits
Oh my goodness don’t we all love to stash up on those cute sheer evening outfits, well one of my hardest new year resolutions is to cute back…way back.
And take this GiGi Hadid advice into 2017…”keep your glam simple, my go-to is foundation, bronzer and mascara, and if i put too much on it goes drag real quick”
