Gym Shark Style with Smaller Price Tags

So the world is in lockdown at the moment, we have all stopped moving, but that doesn’t mean we should stop working out! and in style of course. 

One of the gym industry’s biggest clothing providers is Gym Shark and we all know why, its completely restyled out gym clothes with bright colours and compressed fabrics its one of the most popular gym clothing brands out there. However, it does come with a biggish price tag so I thought I would combine some of my favourite gym brands, that have a similar style to Gym Shark – just a bit cheaper ! 

These are my top 5 gym clothing brands for cheap prices: 

1. Stonger:

Stronger is defiantly one of favourite online sports brands, mainly because its so unique in its bright prints and patterns – sporting designs you really cant find anywhere else. Instagram model and model of Too Faced Makeup, Michelle Randolph is also an ambassador for Stronger, positing it all over her IG! 2. Neuapparel:

Neu Apparel is so so cool, I have to admit I myself have already made some orders with this up and coming brand. They are a mix of gym clothes and lounge wear, emulating a Skims underwear range as well – which I’m just loving right now. 3. AYBL:

AYBL – able, is another epic up and coming gym wear brand competing against Gym Shark. The style is much more neutral, whilst still maintain that famous long sleeve, cropped top and gym leggings look that Gym Shark has become famous for. 4. Womens Best Wear: 

Womens Best Wear, is the clothing brand of the famous fitness website/ blog Women’s Best and its not letting us down. With a huge range of colourful designs I can’t recommend them enough. Fashionable Coronavirus Masks & Where to Get Them

Fashion icons, pop starts and global trotting IG influencers aren’t letting this new Coronavirus pandemic stop them from maintaining their fashion style. Turning to luxury brands such as Off White, Louis Vuitton, Chanel facial masks are the latest and hottest fashion accessory.

Allison Eden and Gary Goldstein opened Studio 54’s opening party at Brooklyn Museum on Wednesday wearing handmade personalised disco-ball inspired face masks – in a time where safety is needing to be put first why not make it sparkle.

 

Allison is reported to have taken 1 1/2 days to create these epic party masks for her and her husband commenting  “If you have to wear a face mask now, why not make it fabulous? Why not make disco balls?” And I totally agree !!

Mark Berman (Left) and Tair Marassulov (Right) both influencers on IG rich list, aren’t allowing the Coronavirus to stop their luxury travel plans with Bape and Louis Vuitton masks highlighting just how fashionable masks are becoming – Could we even see them stay after the pandemic has quietened?

Above A listers at the London Fashion Weeks shows, Gerda Liudvinavicivte, Ingrida Jasinske, Ruta Petravskaite, all seen above wearing kARTu clothing with matching face masks to the Bloomsbury Victoria House fashion show.

Designer brands such as Off White have featured many face mask styles this year on the runway and off, however getting your hands on one is close to impossible at the moment, however you can click here to see if anymore have restocked.

 

Stars such as Vanessa Hudgens have been seen partying at the sold out Tame Impala concert putting safety first whilst still living to the full. With Hailey Baldwin and friends also was spotted with Justin Bieber’s Drew House face masks on. I recon this trend is set for festival season even if the Coronavirus clears by then – so guys not just for safety but for a new fashion accessory, jazz up your masks for party season – the dancing never stops !!

Stylish Sweats & Where to get them

As a uni student, spending most days reading in the library requires loungewear, but its increasingly difficult to find stylish sweats that aren’t boring! So I wanted to write this article to help those like myself find comfy sweats whilst maintaining that expensive styled look that Hailey Bieber constantly emulates!! (I know I’m a little gel at times).

For those lucky readers that have a little extra slush to play with these are the shops I would recommend for stylish and — oh so trendy street sweats these are the brands I would suggest:

• Erys

Erys is the merch website for Jaden Smith, and along with his music videos these sweats do not disappoint! Filled with vibrant colours, edgy slogans this is total streetwear for guys and girls alike. Worn by Jaden himself these aren’t too pricy for the celebrity name they come with, and unlike Beibers Drew House, Jadens Erys is much easier to get hold of – for now. But I predict in a year or two when he has reached the height of Beibers fame these too like Drew will be almost impossible to get your hands on.

Drew House for those of you who haven’t heard of it, is Justin Bieber’s fashion brand, featuring the hottest casual sweats and baggy jeans that are so street the Beckham boys are regularly seen wearing them. However, these although they aren’t too pricy, are incredibly hard to get hold of, so I would advice to join the mailing list if this style is calling you.

Their styles feature bold bright colours, edgy designs suitable for guys & girls with a price tag suitable for us all! Clothing essentials for summer

Hello all, sorry I haven’t written in so long ;( I’m back now & I want to share with you my Fashion must haves and must nots for travelling !

MUST HAVES:

 1. A little white dress

This is an essential summer must have if you are wanting to achieve that effortless European style whilst remaining cool in the sun. Also a perk of having a white dress or Playsuit is that it goes with anything, any shoes or bag which maximises out your outfit choices when traveling.

 

 2. A pair of relaxed denim shorts 

When I say relaxed I mean loose and comfy, because on holiday its hot and there is nothing worse than having a pair of shorts that kind of fit in at home but are way to tight when your hot and well a little sun-creamy. Denim shorts are essential for summer when pulling off the relaxed chick beach bum look (its my fav)

 

 3. Platform sandals

 

These are defiantly my must haves and first in the bag each year! They are a total lifesaver when heels are a no no. Perfect for evenings or the day they are even sand proof – (well you can walk on the sand in them with as much difficulty as flip-flops 🙂 Plus they make your legs look gorgeous when in shorts or a dress !

 

Okay so those are my 3 essentials when it comes to packing, but there are also 3 key Do’s and Don’ts when it comes to traveling stylishly.

DO’S & DON’TS: 

1. DO — Smooth out your clothes on the bed and carefully roll them when packing, don’t fold. This should prevent any major creases and when travelling it helps creates more space for that extra pair of shoes or bag!.

2.DONT — Take loads and loads of Bikini’s, two or three pairs is more than enough if you love them, and make sure one of them is black as your guaranteed it will survive the sun cream stains that white bikinis are prone to + they make your tan look better.

3.DO — Take moisturiseer on the plane with you, and try to avoid wearing makeup, as planes are prone to drying out and dehydrating your skin which can lead to spots! which is not wanted for our summer look. So make sure to take care of your skin when in the air.

Preparing for winter, what to buy…

A fresh appearance this season, fluffy teddy bear coats are in all the Window fronts this winter. Easily parable with black jeans and big boots making the perfect sung winter jacket for this season and in all shops, with Zara featuring a collar of the biker/Teddy bear jacket too !!

 

 

3. THE BIG GREY JUMPER

A definite must have buy this winter for those who are missing out, it will become your forever jumper, matching perfectly with skirts, skinny jeans, pyjamas literally you life partner. So for any guys out their missing their big knit jumper, its not to late to be styled up for winter. remember though the key is big knit !! my favourite is grey though X.

 

 

 

 4. THE BIG SCARF

Yes I am aware everything is large this season, but seriously go big or go home, its not just puffy sleeves and oversized jackets, its EVERYTHING! including the winter scarf, now everyone has their favourite, but to look like you’ve jumped out of a style magazine – yes every girl wants this, neutral tones are v. in and large is a must have. Then to top of the look pair with skinny jeans and almost anything in the same colour tones, and your turning into a winter goddess.

My BFF ‘Abnormal Beauty company’ products…

The Abnormal Beauty company has completely cheated the beauty industry, by incorporating products we would normally have to pay a pretty penny,  such as ‘Hydraulic Acid’ and ‘Niacinamide’ into serums for just £5.00 such as my fav ‘nicacinamide 10% + zinc 1%‘ which is perfect for troubled skin in helping balance out the oils and thereby eradicating spots after a couple of regular uses. Although if you use this product I would recommend applying my 2nd BF ‘Hydraulic Acid 2% + B5′ which is the perfect non oil moisturising serum – I apply religiously every night in my skin care routine.

The Abnormal Beauty company has stolen a huge fraction of the beauty industry, by completely undercutting prices and still producing high quality stylish goods. In the past I have been a huge fan of ‘Skin Ceuticals’ Retexturing activator which the Abnormal

Beauty company have taken and transformed into ‘nicacinamide 10% + zinc 1%’ the same ingredients for a fraction of the price. Meaning all you girls out their now have an excuse for an extra pair of shoes a month !!

So for any one with bad skin or high maintenance skin wanting to fatten their purses, The Abnormal Beauty company is perfect in providing us with almost legitimate black market goods form the beauty industry – taken straight from ‘La Mer’s’ and ‘Skin Ceuticals’ catalogues and shipped to us in style.

 

 

 

Erdem X H&M Landing 2nd November…

H&M is coming home this winter, with its new collaboration with British designer Erdem set to be released on 2nd November 9am. Erdem might not be as known to you, as H&M’s previous partners ‘Kenzo’ or ‘Karl Lagerfeld” as he’s previously only ever done womenswear, so its a perfect opportunity to grab a piece of record breaking fashion with Erdem’s very first menswear line, just in time for your BF this christmas.

It will be H&M’s 17th designer collaboration, with this year set to be soft, floral, elegant period designs. With Erdem taking influence from his teen memories “So much of the collection was actually quite personal and i found myself reflecting how we used to dress throughout high school”, so this release will not only make you a limited edition fashion owner, but will dress you in youth.

Erdem has also stated his sister was his main muse for this epic Erdem X H&M release, from her “Big Norwegian jumpers my sister used to wear with a tea dress and army boots” The perfect chic combo for this winter…Get ready girls they’re going to sell fast !

And its not just the girls, guys your in this too, with Erdem masterminding his very first mens line its going to be epic! What I see in Fashion

I know I write a lot of clothing comparisons from luxury clothes to high street brands, so I wanted to do something a little different. ‘What I see in Fashion’ – (soz Brooklyn)

Shopping is any girls love affair, online or in store it’s the feeling, the power of being able to transform yourself into a magazine inspired world. Where one swipe of a card and you can walk away with Italian leather, or cashmere jumpers, so soft you can’t leave until your clutching the glossy bags in your hand. But once the warm glow of the stores are behind you, the vision disappears, and the vivid images of you taking on the world through your luxury purchase disintegrates. Into a overly priced bland jumper- soft, goodness yes. But visionary, no. To be Fashion, you must control the instincts of human comforts in clothing, you have to see fashion as a possession, a beautiful individual design that will make you, you. Its got to be a raw passion not a comfort blanket. That expresses your individuality, not uniformed fashion where your all pushed into dressing alike.

When you next open a magazine, be inspired by the beauty of fabrics and craftsmanship, take in the styles and bold expressions the catwalks create. So when your in the store where beauty is all around you, but not yet on you, your persuaded to remain safe and shop for your comfort zone, not your personality. The store should be viewed as the library of clothing, only in fashion books are always judged by the cover –

1. Gucci

With Denim once again re gracing the store windows Fashions highest hot brands are re making the double denim look with daring textures and bold embroidery. The bralette babe …

The lace looks are running back but with a casual tone. Becoming less of a statement piece and more like a lush accessory for relaxed day wear. But there are some definite Do’s and Don’ts in pulling of a easy bralette babe look:

1. Always go classic, so not harsh bright colours stick to greys-blacks-navy for your colour scheme.
2. Back detailing is essential, you want to expose an elegant back so go for more intricate designs featuring backs and shoulders.
3. Its all about the lace, a regular bra isn’t elegant enough to be paired with causal attire, remember if you are wearing something slouchy it must be paired with some elegance to be pulled off correctly.

For me i go to Zara’s siter brand Berska it’s the perfect place to look right now with all of Zara’s style and price tags, it’s a more understated brand – so the perfect place to find rare edgy styles, especially when it comes to bralettes !
